The encryption providers installed have to match key length, machine name
and user name.
Check your public key carefully. This is my key name:
rs_con_stimpy_administrator_163.PubKey
This shows the machine name stimpy and the user administrator and key
length 163 (ie ISS weak encryption).
Make sure the machine and user names match and also check the bit strength.
163 is weak ISS encryption, the strong encryption is 213 (I think, it's
definitely more than 163...).
If you export a weak encryption key to a strong encryption engine it's not
going to like it.
If this doesn't help then please take it up again an [EMAIL PROTECTED] as
they can follow up in more detail.
Cheers, Steve
