This is great feedback Mark.

As a matter of fact, we are actively looking for suggestions to make our
installation even easier than it is. We do find that a significant portion
of support calls relate to installation. Sometimes the issue is that the
"Getting Started Guide" is used to line the cat litter box rather than to
assist with the installation.
;)

There is plenty of room for improvement though so if anyone else out there
has suggestions or has specific areas of the installation that caused you
problems, please feel free to email them directly to me with as much detail
(and suggested improvements) as possible. If you had problems with a
particular part of the installation, there are probably others who did too!

Better yet, the directions are very clear on how to install the Certicom
Key for the Sun engine to communicate with the NT console. It takes a
couple of tries to get the product installed correctly.. Maybe ISS can
enhance the UNIX install script by making it easier for the newbie to
install. Something like the Larry Wall script for PERL 4.036 and PERL
5.0b1, Run install, the install routine prompts the installer for answers
to the questions and also does some rudimentary file system and directory
checking.

Luke, Use the force.. :)
