 Well, you can either state in your policy what is allowed, and say that
anything not explicitly allowed is prohibited; or you can state what is not
allowed and say that anything not explicitly prohibited is allowed.  It
would depend on how much you will allow or prohibit, but I believe it is
easier to have the policy state what is allowed and prohibit everything
else.

Hello All,

I am in the process of reviewing the employees network use policy for my
company.
I would appreciate if I can get your input on what terms do you have
stipulated in your policies and how do you enforce them.
Keep in mind that I am in Canada therefore I do not have the same
liberty (power) as some of you in US :)
