In addition to what Michael supplied, you will need to make sure you can
resolve the IP of the agent and console from each machine by pinging the
HOST name (short name of you FQDN) i.e. ping "agent" (no quotes of course)
if the machines DNS or FQDN was "agent.blahblah.com".  If the names will not
resolve S2 will not be able to communicate.  Also, you need to ensure that
SSL traffic is being permitted through your FW on the ports previously
mentioned.  If all this fails, contact ISS Tech Support.

Port 9991 must be opened from your console to the agents, and 9992 from
your agents back to the console.  Godspeed, man.
