These ports would only apply if you are using a Version 3 agent. In that
situation WINSOCK would be used in place of SSL.

I've installed System Scanner Agent 4.0 en Solaris sparc 2.6. To connect the
console with the Agent. You must open the port 9991 and 9990 in the
firewall. So you can configure these ports when you install the daemon.
