I Would suggest you to Install the latest XPU 4.5 which could correct your
problem if you have a large number of checks enabled.
2.1 Exception in Large Scans
An issue has been fixed that resulted in an exception being raised and
Internet Scanner terminating when a scan was executed with a large number
of checks enabled.
