I ahve seen this a lot and was told its due to a "Windwos NT" problem in our
case. And "doesnot occur uner Windows 2000" and "may be fixed in the xpress
update 5". Sadly Xpress update 5 currently fails _all time_ with an exception
rather than just haning and never temrinating as the pre xp5 version did.
The recomended not doing more than 1000 hosts and more than 500 tests in a
single scan which pretty much renders ISs useless on a well populated class B.
