You are absolutely correct that this functionality would be valuable to
Internet Scanner users.  We are currently evaluating a couple of different
options for this type of functionality in a release slated for the
not-too-distant future.

it would help a lot more if ISS included tools to separate out systems by OS
and
the like to feed into future scans. I have suggested it anda cluster of
thoer
tools for sites with what ISS calls large networks and what have called
normal
network for years and now most companies are likely to as well.
