I have seen this problem as well, but with Network Sensor. Be sure to check that you have implemented the DHCP fix, as this causes the "offline" problem. I must add though, that the DHCP fix didn't fix my problem, and we are still working thru troubleshooting this random "offline" issue. The environment is as follows: Workgroup Manager on W2K.
