There is a fix that was made available to me on Monday of last week, and it
seems to have fixed the problem. I am not sure if this fix will be made
available to all, but I will find out and post ASAP.

I'm experiencing the same problem with the random "offline" issue.
Is the DHCP fix part of the Micro-Update 4.3?

my setup is as follows:
Workgroup manager 6.5 on W2K
Network sensor 6.5 (Micro-Update 4.3) on W2K (2 sensors on each box)

Thanks,
Paul

I have seen this problem as well, but with Network Sensor. Be sure to check
that you have implemented the DHCP fix, as this causes the "offline"
problem. I must add though, that the DHCP fix didn't fix my problem, and we
are still working thru troubleshooting this random "offline" issue. The
environment is as follows:

Workgroup Manager on W2K.
Network Sensor on IPSO 3.4.2.

I'm running server sensor 6.5 and it seems to randomly go Offline. Is there
anyway to configure SiteProtector to notify me via e-mail when the server
sensor goes offline or the service has been stopped?

Thanks,

Tom
