This is the response I received from ISS technical support. So... please forward them your exact details on this problem to help them troubleshoot it. -------------------------------- At this time our engineers are working on a fix for this known issue. In the meantime, it would be very helpful if you could provide us with a bit more detail regarding the issue that you are having. Does it appear that the IIS is being shutdown? If so, at approximately what interval? Any specific details would be helpful. -------------------------------- Thanks, Erik DeBoard -----Original Message----- From: Ventura Thomas [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, May 09, 2002 7:34 AM To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: Server Sensor 6.5 crashing IIS? TO UNSUBSCRIBE: email "unsubscribe issforum" in the body of your message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] for help with any problems! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are running Server Sensor 6.5 on an IIS 5.0 box with the Real Secure ISAPI filter installed and the IIS service is crashing and restarting on its own maybe once a day (not at consistent times). We have applied the Maximum Windows IIS policy to the sensor. I wonder if the sensor is related to the crashes because every time I manually stop the ISSDaemon service is crashes IIS. Anyone else experience this problem? Thanks, Tom
