Jaeson, is the sensor really shutting down, or is it just losing connection to the sensor? Are you using the RSKILL feature with some signatures? One issue I can remember regarding sensor problems was when I tested RS 6.5 and thought I had a testing licence for 4 sensors but actually only had a testing license for 3 sensors. RS 6.5 stores the licence at the console machine and maps active sensors to the license keys. It is not able to tetermine properly which server has a valid licence and which not if you are monitoring more sensors than you have licences for. ISS told me that this problem has already been fixed. But I guess your problem is quite a different one and I have not tested with solaris.
