Dear Mr. Miller, The point is not so much it not being ISS' problem. The fact is that RS 7.0 does NOT run on NT 4.0. You'll have to upgrade to Win2K. The .dll file I have is version 8.00.125. ISS Support tells me it's not their problem and I need to get an updated version of the file. Or, stay in the stone-ages, I guess.
