The fact is that RS 7.0 does NOT run on NT 4.0. You'll have to upgrade to Win2K. The .dll file I have is version 8.00.125. ISS Support tells me it's not their problem and I need to get an updated version of the file. Or, stay in the stone-ages, I guess.
