Ernest,

UserIssue_1 events are unique to RSNS 7.0. Although the event name (UserIssue_1) may
be confusing or misleading, the content of the event says it all, "Sensor Internal
Error" and "Contact ISS technical support".

The sensor produces this event after an internal (but recoverable) error occurs. The
contents of this event provide very valuable information to ISS engineering. This
information allows ISS engineering to quickly diagnose and fix most sensor problems.

So, please, report all UserIssue_1 events to ISS technical support.

Paul

All,
We have recently been getting tons of errors like the following:

Event: UserIssue_1
From: 0.0.0.0
To: 0.0.0.0
Info: alert0 - Sensor Internal Error
alert1 - Contact ISS technical support
        alert2 - current packet in crash.cap

Event: 0xc0000005

Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

RS 7.0

Thanks,
Ernest
