Problems updating XPU's stem from a lot of different reasons. First, if you download the XPU's from iss.net then you must ensure that the filename is enclosed with double quotes otherwise the file will be associated with Winzip. NOTE: Ensure that you add a .xpu extension. Second, if the maintenance date has expired then you will not see the current XPU in the list of previously installed XPU's. Third, if you don't have the previous version (i.e., XPU 19.x) then obviously the application will not recognize the most lastest. Hope this helps. Bryan
