Dear Sirs,
I am using Site Protector 2.0 (Fresh Install), and when I "Apply Update"
for Site Protector Core <SP2_SvPk_20030328.xpu>, the Site Protector
Console suddenly shutdown automatically, and I can not login again, so I restart
the machine, and the Event Viewer show that "The RealSecure SiteProtector Sensor
Controller Service Service failled to start due to the following error: The
system cannot find the file specified" and "The RealSecure SiteProtector
Application Server service failed to start due to the following error: The
system cannot find the file specified"
After that, I copy the file which locate at c:\Program File\ISS\RealSecure
SiteProtector\Application Server\XPU\Install\SiteProtector
Core\SiteProtector_20_SR1\bin\{spsenctl.exe and spappsvc.exe} to c:\Program
File\ISS\RealSecure SiteProtector\Application Server\bin.
However, the result is not work, and the SiteProtector Core Updates States
"YES", and then I apply update again, and the result is can not login to the
Site Protector with error "The connection to the server was refused. Check
to be sure that the server and port are correct"
