Hi Xpid,
The order I have used, and It worked for me, is the same order used for a
SiteProtector Service Pack installation. When this process finish, it Stop
the Services in the following order:
RealSecure Site Protector Application Service
RealSecure Sensor Controller Service
Then, the services are automatically restarted in the reverse order:
RealSecure Sensor Controller Service
RealSecure Site Protector Application Service
I have noticed that there is no particular order to do this, but, this way
prevent you see a unreal status in the sensors in these two situations:
1- Stopping services: You are disconnected from the SP console (connected
to App Server) before the status of the sensors is lost (A sensor
controller task).
2- Starting Sensors: The sensor controller starts and obtains the real
status of the sensors before you can connect your SP console to the App.
Server.
I hope this help.
Best regards,
xpid iss

For each box there are at least 2 services related to RealSecure, for
instance for Application Server:
RealSecure Site Protector Application Service
RealSecure Site Controller Service
If i am to stop services , which is the correct order to do it? Same
question goes for starting them.

The exact order to do what and avoid what?
Typically you should stop the sensors first, Application Server and DB
Server at the end.
