Well, I dare NOT to say that they will still run properly if you put them
into the same box. There will be some checks on the Internet Scanner not
able to work because they need to use the "Raw Packet Driver" on the NIC
card. 

Your Network Sensor should be configured in "stealth mode". 1st NIC card is
running on promiscuous mode utilizing the "High Performance Driver". And the
2nd NIC card connected to the Console in a secure LAN (which suppose to
utilize the "out-of-band" communication). If you install the Internet
Scanner on the same box, this will defeat the whole purpose of so called
"Secure LAN" for your network sensor, right?
