I've been having the exact same problem since Friday. I even tried
reinstalling the Desktop Controller, thinking it was a problem on my
end, but that still didn't resolve the issue of the update timing out.
I just attempted another update this morning, and am still timing out...
Please post when you hear something back from ISS!!

I have an incident ticket open for this exact thing. The first fix

ISS was to increase the wait time to 30 minutes. That didn't work.

next fix was to increase the wait time to 2 HOURS! That didn't work.
Hmmmm.... I wonder if I can anticipate the next idea to come from
Tech=20
support? ...
