According to tech support the only way to rename is to uninstall and then
reinstall the product. Make sure that you follow the directions for uninstalling as the automatic uninstall is not clean. You need to delete
some directories and registry entries to make sure that your reinstall will work
properly.

Then, I had to rename the machine (WinXPPro). Since someone has probably gone through this before, I figured I'd ask for any advice you may have to get this working again before I try on my own. Something short of wiping the machine and reinstalling would be nice : )
