I just went thru the same problem. Failed when trying to install things as Administrator. I switched to a different login (that's part of the Administrators group) and it worked fine. Same box, same everything.

Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly" On the deployment web page I get "Error 500" (Access via Web-Interface: https://server1:3994/deploymentmanager/) " The Server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either there server is overloaded or there wad an error in a CGI script" With this situation now, I can't progress with the deployment manager set up.
