If you are running the Initial-5 policy which contains the check called reg-hotfix-01, this check will list which security patches have been installed on your Windows server. It does NOT give you a list of the patches to install. To my knowledge there is no such check for System Scanner. You could modify the hotfix template under the check config setting and add in the name of the latest hofix issued by Microsoft. You will have to update this config each time and do a save to class, for all your Windows Servers.
