Marc wrote that you shouldn't have anything else on the same machine as the
scanner. That's not necessarily true - I used to have internet scanner and
realsecure on the same box - and had no issues EVER. The problem now is that
iss does not use the same versions of the issdaemon in all their products -
this causes a conflict between internet scanner and siteprotector. When I
last spoke with tech suppport they were not able to provide a date when they
would be correcting this issue.

I'm afraid that I can't recall what the resolution was - I suspect I ended
up re-loading  siteprotector, but if you call tech support thay may have
another solution.
