I wouldn't trust much from that article as being current -- it says that
SP2 will soon be out for IS 7, but it has been out for a year+.

That link just sends me on to http://www.iss.net/main/index.html  so I
was unable to see what you were referring to there.

I really really really doubt it.

In everything I've ever heard from ISS, they say that Server 2003 SP1 is
not supported.
