### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/flink-agents/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Description Currently, all the CI including Code Style Check, UT, IT and E2E will check the code style. If there are code style issues, not only will the Code Style Check CI fail, but other test CIs will also fail, which can easily mask issues in those other CIs.
