Summary: Show min max values of RuntimeFilters in profile

RuntimeFilter consists of a BloomFilter and a MinMaxFilter. It'd be helpful to
show the min max values of the MinMaxFilter in profile. This might help to
understand the filter stats.
For convenience, I think we can just add the MinMaxFilter::DebugString() to the
profile.
