A RuntimeFilter can be a BloomFilter or a MinMaxFilter. It'd be helpful to show 
the min max values of the MinMaxFilter in profile. This might help to 
understand the filter stats.

For convenience, I think we can just add the MinMaxFilter::DebugString() to the 
profile.
