Description:
Recently, impala was built failed on aarch64 platform because of Kudu cannot be
built successfully on aarch64. So this commit will change kudu version to
6a7cadc74 which can be built successfully on aarch64.

built successfully on aarch64. So this commit will change kudu version to
6a7cadc74 which can be built successfully on aarch64.
This commit also add this: if on aarch64, the build script will not download
ccache.tar, it is useless on aarch64, and it is time consuming.
