[~RenhaiZhao] Can you post the log for the Kudu build error? Do you know what
Kudu commit fixed it?
jenkins.impala.io's Ubuntu 16 ARM job is able to build the native toolchain
with that version of Kudu and run tests:

Is this Ubuntu 18 specific?
