There are some recent improvements on the orc reader:
* ORC-969: Evaluate SearchArguments using file and stripe level stats
* ORC-1150: Optimize RowReaderImpl::computeBatchSize() by pre-computation
It also worths backporting the support on reading decimal64 of ORCv2, i.e.
ORC-1127 and ORC-1125.
