In {{{}Coordinator::ComputeQuerySummary(){}}}, after profiles are merged, rank
plan nodes by {{query_time_frac}} and classify each hotspot by resource and
cause using existing counters: {{{}ScannerIoWaitTime{}}}, spill counters,
exchange {{{}InactiveTotalTime{}}}, sender {{{}RpcNetworkTime{}}},
{{{}ClientFetchWaitTimer{}}}, and {{{}HasSkew(){}}}. Emit a text info string
and a structured JSON section.
