Advisory messages are a Broker feature that applies across ActiveMQ-5
connectors: http://activemq.apache.org/advisory-message.html
I'd guess that folks migrating to Artemis will expect a similar set of rich
advisory Topics to collect metrics without needing JMX, epically those that do
so via scripting client's that operate over STOMP etc.
