If you want the ActiveMQ5 client to operate correctly I hope you have a way to
map this 'notification' to an Advisory Topic as the client subscribes to
"ActiveMQ.Advisory.TempQueue" and "ActiveMQ.Advisory.TempTopic" in order to be
informed of temporary destination create / remove. Along with some other
utility classes that also subscribe to advisory topics for information.
