@jbonofre - Found one more issue, the implementation details are missing out
of the jar manifest files now. Looking at activemq-client jar the manifest no
longer has things like:
`Implementation-Title: Apache ActiveMQ`
`Implementation-Version: 5.17.0-SNAPSHOT`
These details are important as there is an API to query them in the
ActiveMQConnectionMetaData class.
