@cshannon FYI, about `Implementation-Version` it's not related to the change
in this PR: `activemq-client` 5.16.2 doesn't have the entries in `MANIFEST`
neither. I'm created a specific Jira/PR about that.
The same about `activemq-osgi`: it's not specific to this PR,
`activemq-osgi` 5.16.2 also embeds spring and other stuff.
So, I would prefer to have dedicated Jira and fixes about that, as the PR
doesn't change anything about these two points.
