@gemmellr I think it's pretty simple... the redirectHandler will do such
check, and then create a new instance on the context when needed.
You could make use of some static classes to avoid an initial creation, but
it does not make a difference on this case since it's only one instance per
acceptor.
I will merge this now
(However I will amend the JIRA on the security artifacts change)
