Thanks [~erwindon] for digging into this and your research. It can be really
the library itself that has a bug or an older version is used. On the
screenshots from
[https://pf3.patternfly.org/v3/pattern-library/navigation/pagination/] there is
no select all checkbox. Could be a feature which needs to be activated and not
present on the screenshot. But it also can be that "select all" is added by
activemq team and is not working properly with the patternfly library.
