The example that you referenced is in the context of "pagination" and happens
to be without select-all facility. See
https://pf3.patternfly.org/v3/pattern-library/content-views/table-view/ for
other examples of table-view, both samples use a "select-all" facility. It is
safe to say that the "select-all" facility is part of the pattern-fly library.
