Regarding: _I think this is by design. Messages for non-durable consumers are
not stored in persistent storage (like filesystem) and so do not exist on the
slave/backup server._
We're in fact talking about _persistent messages_ that are notified on a topic.
I imagine they are stored on the disk, no? Or they become non-persisted
automatically just because they are put on a broadcast destination?
