When Summary and Detail were initally thought of, they were based on which user
role is looking at it.
A Gateway Admin gets to see Experiment Details/Summary.
All users get to see only Experiment Summary.
Are we moving away from this and deciding to show Details to everyone? Then
taking this action would make sense, otherwise not.
