Suresh Marru commented on AIRAVATA-1948:

good point Nipurn. I think it makes sense to slowly do-away with these notion
of users have limited capabilities whereas admins can see. I think we should
enable users should be able to see the full detail. Same with app catalog and
everything else on the admin-dashboard. Only two things we should hold firm on:
* Users should not know who else is in the system (that means we should not see
users lists, other user experiments, data and so on - unless explicitly granted
permision - this is a groups feature we do not have.
* Users should not be able to edit the app, resource catalogs.
I propose we do away with admin-read-only and simplify to two rules - users and
admins. Users can read everything (minus the users list and other users
experiments) and admins have edit privileges plus capability to view all
experiments.
Only one thing we can consider to have admin-read-only do is, view other users
in the system and monitor all experimets but cannot change app/resource
catalogs.
Thoughts?
> Replace Experiment summary with Detail

> Since Experiment Summary only pulls one experiment at a time, it make sense
> to directly show the full experiment detail instead of the summary.
