There are two scenarios for Auto-Scheduling. The name itself is overloaded.
Currently only exceeding max wall time is supported by breaking the job into
multiple jobs to fit with resource constraints.
We probably should remove this UI option for now and comprehensively think
about all auto-scheduling capabilities and enable one by one explicitly from
the UI.
