Please find attached the new patch "AMBARI_15310_Mar08.patch" with updated
logic in the fix where Service Names longer than 14 characters will be
displayed using ellipses "..." and a tooltip will be displayed with the
complete Service Name when the mouse hovers over the it.
Ambari-Web tests:
24565 tests complete (27 seconds)
