Note: The image "Service names with ellipses and tooltip.tiff" was taken while
testing with local changes. I had used a character limit of 13 characters then.
The patch contains 14 characters limit. This screenshot is only for an idea of
the tooltip and ellipses addition I have made in the patch-3
(AMBARI-15310_Mar08.patch).
