STR:
1. Change some Hive config (ex. Hold Containers to Reduce Latency). Save
changes. New config version will be created and loaded.
2. Click on View previous config version (on version block or button View in
popover).
As result Cluster Capacity will be appeared (should not be appeared). Also
after viewing back current version it also appears.
