Big cluster should be used (more than 25 hosts), so Assign Masters step will 
have input instead of select for choosing host. Changing one host triggers 4-5 
validation calls, which then stack up, and may cause incorrect behavior of next 
button (button enabled, but when clicked nothing happens).
