Description:
AMBARI-18733 added a lot of TODO comments in order to allow agents to use their
own config file.
Specifically, Hardware.py, Register.py, Facter.py, Heartbeat.py, main.py
We make sure that all aspects of the Agent are allowed to use a custom home dir
and find the correct config file.
E.g., ambari-agent start --home /home/perf-0001
was:
Once each agent has its own unique hostname and port, they will need to
register with Ambari Server. Most likely we will choose manual registration
since the server should not have knowledge about multiple agents running on the
same host.
This means we may need to modify /etc/hosts file and other things to get
registration working.
