HBase Rest gateway heap size can be set via HBASE_REST_OPTS.
Leaving it to the default of the Java environment is risky and can interfere
with other services on the same node.
We should support setting it explicitly from Ambari when installing HBase Rest
gateway. I think there are two parts here:
1. Consider the memory requirement of HBase Rest gateway when selecting and
deploying services.
2. Allow user to adjust the memory setting from the Ambari UI after
installation.
