After setting up Ambari UI SSL and updating the Tez history UI URL under Tez
config, saving the config gives an incorrect warning that the Tez history UI
URL should be set to https://server:8080/, ignoring that fact that the port
change changed the default Ambari SSL port is now 8443 not 8080
